Heather holds her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Akron. Michael Sidoti, a professional in entrepreneurship and financial services, is the President of Blu Dot Financial, LLC, and the Vice President of Sales for 21stCentury Financial, Inc. Prior to Blu Dot Financial, LLC, Michael worked for various management-consulting firms in the Cleveland area, including Ernst and Young, LLP. He began his financial services career with Capital Planners, Inc. as a Field Representative for The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, and later as a Disability Income Specialist for Berkshire Life Insurance Company of America.
